I visited Dr. KCB Raju (a great geoscientist) at his residence in Bangalore. We had super 4-hour-long discussion starting his career in 1954 completing M.SC in geology and till date his activities. He has held several positions with Govt. of India throughout his great career including position like former regional director, Sadashivpur, ministry of water resources, Karnataka. As Geoscientist and expert, he has published so many papers. His has given a great contribution to VRTI activities.
He is 89 years old but still super super active and alert and remembers each and every event throughout his career. I simply got super energized by talking to him. A video and a report of our meeting coming soon.
He is still very active at this age and replies to queries via email and phone. SALUTE to DR. KCB Raju saheb.
